!admin menu

Can someone tell me why !admin menu dont work. I reach Global level (25 000 points) and !admin menu isn't active. Can some admin tell me where is the problem? or maybe this !admin menu is not active for noone. Thanks.

ps: There are errors with VIP sometimes, just write to the forum, we will fix the problems

It's bugged again. I get VIP status and don't have "!admin" menu.
